Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
